All PII and other personal information that you submit based on prompts on the Site, is used in accordance with the Privacy Policy, unless specific limitations as to use are set forth on the Site or in this Agreement. If a complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, we agree to dispute resolution using an independent resource mechanism as a third party resolution provider.
